Return & Refund Policy

At RAP Education Photography School, we are committed to providing high-quality photography education and professional training. We strive to ensure that every student receives the best learning experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested.

Course Enrollment
Once a student enrolls in a course and completes the payment, the seat for the program is reserved exclusively for that student. We encourage all applicants to review the course details, schedule, and eligibility before completing the enrollment process.

Refund Eligibility
Students may request a refund under the following conditions:

  1. If the course has not yet started and a cancellation request is submitted within 3 days of enrollment, the student may be eligible for a partial refund after administrative deductions.
  2. If RAP Education cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to another available batch.
  3. If a student faces exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies, the management may review the request and decide on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:

  • Once the course has started and the student has attended classes or accessed course materials.
  • Failure to attend classes after enrollment.
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations after attending sessions.

Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the enrollment process unless otherwise agreed.

Course Transfer Option
Instead of a refund, students may request to transfer their enrollment to another batch (subject to availability and approval by the institute).
